We will email you the connection link to the conferencing software so we can talk to each other by video. It would also be great if you have a webcam turned on so we can see each other. If you do not prefer to be on video then you can turn your webcam off. However it is nice to be able to see each other to build trust and a rapport as we like to get to know our clients so we can further understand your interests and desires for your trip to Italy.
If you prefer phone please provide a landline as we do not call mobiles internationally. You will also need a good internet connection as all of our work is done online and for downloading your final itinerary.
