PFI TRAVEL - HOW WE OPERATE INTERNATIONAL
1. Please fill out the BOOKING ENQUIRY FORM to select your type of Accommodation and prices.
2. PFI will then phone you to discuss your trip and explain what we will do for you.
3. Once you become a client then we ask for a deposit to begin our work and make an appointment for a consultancy on our international calendar by skype video or by phone and we will give you all our information about Italy, discuss your Travel plans/Itinerary and answer all your questions about travelling in Italy and accommodation.
4. Passion for Italy (PFI) will register you as a client of Passion for Italy and send you the password to access to download our information exclusive to PFI clients only :-
- Access to all our PFI catalogue hotels to view - we have researched the best quality and best service in Italy as well as personally stayed there to check them out for our clients.
-Access to our PFI Box.com in the cloud where you will have your own client folder with all your information loaded for you to view at your leisure. This will be accessable until the end of your trip.
-Passion for Italy Travel Guides - What to see and Do in each town you visit
-Major city shopping guides
-Your Itinerary and vouchers will be loaded onto Passionforitaly/box.com to retrieve in case of loss while travelling
5. PFI will load for on box.com an Itinerary Design in the form of a colour coded calendar so you can clearly see the outline of your holiday dates and make any changes.
6. Once the Itinerary is confirmed, then PFI will send you a choice of accommodation suitable for your style of holiday as well as Day Tours for each city/area.
7. You will be asked to sign the Booking Terms and Conditions Contract with signature must be scanned and emailed to enable booking to proceed.
For large groups - the Client making the booking and representing the travelling party/group agrees to accept, SIGN on behalf of the group and is responsible as group leader for the group to abide by the PFI Booking Terms and Conditions..
8. Once you have confirmed your choices of accommodation and day tours, the accommodation will be booked. Any changes or cancellations of the bookings could incur a fee by the Italian operators.
9. Payment for the Itinerary will be international bank transfer in Euro. There is a surcharge for credit card payment and bank fees.
Once everything is completed total itemised costs and the PFI invoice will be added to box.com.
10. Upon Payment your COMPLETE PASSION FOR ITALY PORTFOLIO will be will be uploaded onto cloud PFI box.com for you to downlod and print.
Your PFI Portfolio will include:-
- COMPLETE ITEMIZED ITINERARY WITH SUGGESTIONS OF WHAT TO DO WHERE TO GO EACH DAY
- ALL VOUCHERS FOR ACCOMMODATION, DAY TOURS/TOUR PACKAGES.
- DIRECTIONS, INSTRUCTIONS AND MAPS OF HOW TO GET TO YOUR ITALIAN ACCOMMODATION
- TRAVEL GUIDES OF ALL THE TOWNS YOU ARE STAYING IN - CONTAINING WHERE TO GO, WHAT TO DO, WHERE TO EAT
- ALL YOUR DOCUMENTS WILL BE LOADED ONTO WWW.PASSIONFORITALY/BOX.COM FOR YOU TO ACCESS ANYTIME & PRINT OUT
- THIS WILL REMAIN IN THE CLOUD UNTIL THE END OF YOUR TRIP TO RETRIEVE IN CASE OF LOSS WHILE TRAVELLING
11. Once you receive the portfolio we will then make an appointment for another one hour consultancy to guide you through your whole travel portfolio and any questions about Italy you wish to ask.
12. We ask that you obtain travel insurance in your country. This is very important as loss of luggage with air travel frequently occurs as well as theft of handbags, cameras, phones etc.

For our specialized information service and customized Itinerary design, all accommodation and tour bookings. Our prices on www.passionforitaly.com are the same as the hotels in Italy.
Our fee is for our expert knowledge and guidance from travelling to Italy for 25 years as well as our time spent travelling to view our accommodation, booking hotels, tours, administration- International banking, Itinerary preparation, researching and phoning Italy. All our consultants have university degrees and experienced in knowledge of Italy.
