Set in the countryside of the Val d'Arno this magnificent estate is exquisitely restored. The private electric gate opens to the villas and onto a very large park, with private pool, provided with sun beds, chairs and table, surrounded by grass lawns.
Car parking available inside the property, reserved only for Acciaioli's guests This accommodation is suitable for a group of friends, or for those families that want share their Italian Experience with relatives. Children are the welcome, and they will be happy to go around in the park, freely and safely.
The pleasant Acciaioli complex would be suitable for large groups for weddings etc or extended family and includes three Houses:
. Casa Acciaioli (sleeps 6). Capanna Acciaioli (sleeps 4)
. Casa del Pozzo (sleeps 6)
CASA ACCIAIOLI
This villa has a particularly fine view of the surrounding Tuscan landscape and represents the traditional Tuscan architecture.
On the ground floor there is a large entrance with sitting room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.
Also on the groundfloor, another large sitting room with fireplace, and a library and guests' bathroom.
On the first floor, an entrance lobby with library and a beautiful open fireplace; opening onto a bathroom and a bedroom with two single beds.
The Master bedroom with dressing room and en suite bathroom, and another large double bedroom with en suite bathroom are on the same floor.
A private swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful rose garden and lawns is also available for the guests.

ACCIAIOLINI
This is a tiny delightful “cottage”, next to Casa Acciaioli, with a nice sitting room with fire place, dining area with a completely equipped kitchen, on the
ground floor.
On the first floor, one double bedroom with own bathroom; one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom, one small room with a daybed.
A dressing room with a sofa bed can accommodate one extra guest.
All restorations have fully maintained respect for all of the architecture style and traditions of Tuscan landscape and history.

CASA POZZO
Situated in a very lovely position, surrounded by gardens and lawns and an historical stone well decorated with flowers..
Close to the main entrance, a lovely sitting room with fire place, a dining room, a well equipped kitchen and an English cloakroom.
All the interiors are decorated with pretty flowered fabrics to give more colour and warmth to your stay.
First floor:
Two double bedrooms and one with single beds, all with en suite bathrooms, and a comfortable studio with a sofa bed that can accommodate one extra guest.
