Umbrian Cooking Class #29

This half-day class is held in the kitchen of an Umbrian restaurant recognised and recommended by the Slow Food movement. The restaurant sources its produce from local suppliers who deliver straight to the kitchen.

Umbrian cuisine is diverse and of course seasonal. There will be an emphasis on information about the ingredients and their use in local specialities.

You will assist in the preparation of four dishes - antipasto, pasta, main and dessert. You will receive an exclusive recipe book to take home ensuring the lessons learnt in this wonderful kitchen won't be forgotten. Participants will have the chance to try their own creations.
