On the 31st of December, Love - the new Venetian way of celebrating New Year, will return to Piazza San Marco and Piazza Ferretto in Venice, on one of the most important nights of the year.
Once again, the New Year celebrations will culminate in a vast, communal kiss between over 60,000 people sending a message of love, peace and brotherhood to the world.
The format of Piazza San Marco this year is a spectacular program of music and lights, with projections that color setting of the historic buildings surrounding the square. At midnight the Bacino di San Marco will host a fireworks display that will light up the New Year's Eve. And for all, a toast with Bellini Canella.

The Vatican encompassing the Basilica di San Pietro and the Museo Vaticano, takes a whole morning to see.
