Dario Cecchini a butcher born and bred from a long line of Butchers in Panzano, a little village in Chianti, has become famous for his knowledge about meat and spreading his passionate knowledge of how to cut and the carcass and cook the meat to produce the maximum flavour there is to be found. He has opened his own restaurant across the road from the butcher shop and enjoyment of his food and enjoyment in life is what he searches to produce for his customers.
