This is a beautiful Tuscan country stone house, divided into three villas, surrounded by lawns and lavender and flowering bushes with the scent of rosemary and a view over the Chianti hillsides filled with vineyards and silver grey-green olive groves.

Beautiful taste in decor design from the furniture to the fabrics to the rugs on the well-worn terracotta floors to the Carrara marble kitchen surfaces and ample bathrooms. Relax on the patio under a pergola of vines with the table set for lunch and a bottle of local Chianti red

From May 15th to Oct 15th the swimming pool is open, nestled amidst the anicent olive trees.

On the ground floor there is a large sitting room with sofas and armchairs, a corner study, a dining room with a table for six which can be extended to accommodate twelve.

Both the sitting room and the dining room open out onto the gardens. There is also large kitchen with a table for six that opens onto a vine covered patio.

Also on the ground floor, opening onto the garden, is a double bedroom with independent entrance and its own bathroom.

On the floor above there are three bedrooms with their own bathrooms. One large double room, a smaller one with twin beds and another double with four a poster bed.

TWO BEDROOM APARTAMENT #605

The ground floor has a loft and kitchen while on the top floor there are two large double bedrooms each with their own ensuite.

In the larger bedroom of the two there is also a cosy fireplace in the corner.

Outside is a wonderful pergola area in which to enjoy some al fresco dining surrounded by wonderful countryside.

Shopping: “The Mall” at Incisa Val d’Arno and “Prada” at Levanelle (AR) are among the best outlets of Italy.

The sea side: Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio on the Versilia coast.

The unspoiled and beautiful Maremma Toscana, with its unspoiled country side and beautiful coast which can be easily reached in 1.5 hours.
