All the rooms have a wonderful view over the green Tuscany landscape.

All are very well-equipped and the furniture is an elegant old-style.

The suite is beautiful with breathtaking views over Val di Chiana. The rooms are situated on the first floor.

Beds are queen or king size and each room is personalised with sophisticated and exclusive furnishings.

High quality parquetry floors and elegant fabrics add to the atmosphere.

Rates buffet breakfast, wi-fi in the room and in common areas, use of internet desk in common area, parking in Piazza San Francesco (near the entrance of the property), welcome drink.

The city tax of Euro 1,00 per adult per night is not included, and it's due at check out.

There is a wine bar and bistro downstairs from the locanda if you do not feeling going out.

Check-in : from 1:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. We kindly ask you to contact us for late check-in.
Check-out : before 11:00 A.M. We ask you to respect the check-out time so that the room can be cleaned and made up in time to accommodate arriving guests. We will be happy to store your bags for the day if you are leaving town later than your check-out time.

Please note: all rooms are on the first floor of the Palazzo, and there is no elevator due to the historical nature of the building. We are sorry but we do not accept pets.
