An ancient Manor-House dating back to the end of 1700. The stone and terracotta structure has been completely restored to maintain the style, history and culture of the area. All rooms and suites are each unique in decor with handmade antique furnishings and fine crafted linens. Our private parking and luxury garden with swimming pool are at guests’ complete disposal.
The Restaurant, located in the ancient villa's wine cellar, offers guests traditional Tuscan dishes featuring fresh meat, fish, and vegetables. Our chef and his staff personally prepare all dishes including bread, pasta and desserts. Our wine selection is hand-picked to accompany our seasonal menus. The ambience is as good as the food, with exposed stone walls, beamed ceilings and traditional terracotta underfoot. During the summer season, guests will be able to dine outside around our swimming pool, under elegant gazebos.

The restoration of the antique period dwelling and surrounding land sought to maintain the original decorative elements, terracotta floors, exposed beams of the vaulted ceilings, while enriching the rooms with all the modern comforts. Deluxe Rooms
There are two deluxe rooms in the first and second floor. Romantic and queen-sized, the guestrooms include a bathroom with shower, while the second-floor guestroom enjoys a magnificent view of the relais garden and the rolling hills of Cortona.
Cottage Deluxe
There are two small cottages in the garden. Cozy and private, they have an independent entrance and Jacuzzi equipped bathrooms.
Junior Suite Classic
Facing the swimming pool, the suite includes a living room (with queen-sized sofa-bed) and a bedroom with an antique wrought-iron bed. The restoration efforts conserved the 18th century decorative elements: the vaulting ceiling, original period terracotta floors, and the brick arched way that divides both rooms. Bathroom with bathtub.
Junior Suite Deluxe
Located in the first floor, the suite is very spacious and includes a small living room with an inlaid stone fireplace, queen-sized bedroom and a private bathroom equipped with a hydro massage shower and sauna.
