TWO BEDROOM APT #138

Located on the first floor and it is accessible through a beautiful stone staircase.
The large dining room is furnished with antique and fascinating pieces.
The beautiful kitchen, with four burners, microwave and american coffee machine has been built beneath a restored chimney.

The living room leads to a twin bedroom and study.
In the study there is a comfortable sitting area with sofa, where guests can relax and enjoy the peaceful environment. The double bedroom is furnished according to the tuscan tradition; A large bathroom with shower completes the accomodation.

TWO BEDROOM APT #139

The apartment can be reached through the ancient stone staircase. The uniqueness of this apartment is in the beautiful covered loggia that opens onto the view over the garden and the swimming pool.

The kitchen is equipped with four burners, a microwave and coffee machine. It is large in size and is connected directly to the loggia through a glass door.

The loggia contains the dining table and chairs, with a beautiful conversation corner where you can sit on large wicker sofas.

TWO BEDROOM APT #140

On the first floor and accessible from the old stairs. This apartment is composed of a very large living room with an adjoining dining area with kitchenette and a relaxing area with sofas in front of the fireplace.

The kitchen corner is very well equipped with microwave and an american coffee machine. The corridor that leads to two double bedrooms and the bathroom is also accessible from the beautiful loggia running along the entire apartment. The loggia is supported by small stone pillars with great skill carving, the panorama is over the hills of Chianti.

The first of the two bedrooms is very romantic and is furnished with an antique iron bed. The second bedroom is very large, with an office in the corner with a beautiful desk of the 1800's.

The completely renovated bathroom is equipped with a shower.

TWO BEDROOM APT #141

On the ground floor and is composed of a large sitting room with a very big fireplace, a large terrace (70 sqm) overlooking the valley.A small separate kitchen, bathroom with shower and two double rooms, each of them with its own fireplace although they are only for decoration, not functioning.

The kitchen is equipped with microwave and american coffee machine, together with all necessary tools to prepare a wonderful dinner.

The panoramic view of Chianti from the terrace will be the perfect environment where spending time relaxing under the big sunshadow, reading a good book or tasting a good Chianti wine!

A beautiful table with 8 chairs will host your special dinners under moon and stars.

Guests staying on the property can buy the genuine farm products: extra virgin olive oil, wine, honey, Vin Santo. Mountain bikes available to rent.

On the west side of the family villa there is an exclusive internal courtyard, which is at the disposition of the guests. There are four very spacious apartments with individual heating, two with open fire places.

The apartments, are independent and external to the family villa, offer privacy, relaxation, familiarity between the guests and eventual friends.
