Located in the heart of Tuscany, a magnificent estate filled with lovely villas to rent, only 20 min by car south of Florence. A place of peace and serenity, with views over stunning landscape. All the houses on the estate have been renovated with care by the owners with beautiful decor and exclusive printed silks for the soft furnishings.

The principal manor house was built in the Fourteenth Century, as were the other surrounding companion houses on the estate. There are walking paths, private swimming pools, all surrounded by lovely parkland. The beautiful historical cities of Florence, Siena, Arezzo, Perugia, Assisi, Rome, can be easy reached for a day trip.

TWO BEDROOM VILLA 1069

This is a smaller house with a nice sitting room with fire place, dining area with a completely equipped kitchen, on the ground floor.
On the first floor, one double bedrooom with bathroom; one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom.

The house can host up to 10 people, but for larger group, it is possible to rent an annex with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which is a few steps from the main house.

In that case, the 2 houses can host up to 15 people.
If you rent the main villa only, the annex will be not available for other clients.

FOUR BEDROOM VILLA 1070

This is a large house with lovely surroundings comprised of gardens and lawns.

Ground floor:
Large entrance, a sitting room with fireplace, a dining room and a very well equipped kitchen with large rustic fire place.

First floor:
Two large double bedrooms and one twin with two single beds, each of them with en suite bathroom.
A comfortable studio, on the same floor.

Attic floor:
There is a beautiful bedroom with two single beds and a dressing room.

Outside the house, a beautiful loggia offers the opportunity for informal entertaining, and adds a special touch.

FIVE BEDROOM VILLA 134

With a beautiful exclusive swimming pool, this house is quite large and has the best view over the Tuscan landscape. Surrounded by a large terrace with lawns, and a gazebo on a paved terracotta terrace, it is the
perfect spot to enjoy an aperitif with friends, or just relax and drink in the beautiful surroundings. Next to the terrace a large garden with lawns and a fountain offers a
great space for walking and enjoying the setting.

Ground floor:
Lovely entrance, a large sitting room, a dining room and - beautiful well equipped kitchen (stove top, oven, dish-washer, Nespresso coffee machine, American coffee machine, microwave with large fireplace and a real pizza oven). The dining room can accommodate 15 people. A cook, a cleaning lady and a butler are at guest’s disposal.

First floor:

- In the manor on the estate also there are:
1) a stunning Renaissance private Chapel, an ideal place to celebrate weddings and ceremonies.
2) Another exciting and unique feature of the Estate is an authentic rustic kitchen with a real pizza oven, where freshly baked pizza can be enjoyed with friends.
3) Next to the “pizzeria” there is an interesting Agricultural Museum with a large collection of local ancient iron hand made tools.
