Set in historical heart of Pienza tuscany. Rooms and apartments to let in a restored mansion from the XVII century.

There is a wonderful inner garden in the courtyard which gives guests a relaxing place to enjoy the silence and peace.

All the rooms, three apartments and two double rooms, look onto the garden. They have mantained the original structure and characteristics of the old Tuscan houses: tile floors, original wooden beams, large fireplaces, furniture in the simple and functional tuscan style.

Serata is a lovely studio apartment, furnished in a fresh and simple style, characterized by a typical mezzanine floor with a double bed connected by an inner staircase. The small living room downstairs looks onto the garden through a French window. It has a fridge and cooking area with electric cookers. Bathroom and independent heating.

A cosy and lovely apartment with a double bedroom, a shower room and a large living room with fully equipped kitchenette (cooking area, fridge and TV). The living room has a large old fireplace at the guests' disposal; independent heating.

A few windows open onto the garden on one side, on the other one they overlook a lovely, inner courtyard. It has a comfortable living room with equipped kitchenette (cooking area, fridge and TV) two double rooms, one of which can be changed into a twin bedroom with an extra bed on request, bathroom, independent heating.

These apartments are great value for Tuscany and Pienza is a pretty village ideal for exploring southern Tuscany -an area rich in cultural and natural itineraries (the Renaissance buildings of Pienza, the square with the Cathedral, the museo Diocesano, the Pieve di Corsignano, the nearby towns of Montepulciano, S Quirico and Montalcino and the small villages of Bagno Vignoni, Monticchiello together with the Parco Naturalistico della Val d'Orcia), old historical traditions and typical flavours of the tuscan cooking.

The garden is divided into two different areas: "Il Giardino della Luna" (the garden of the moon) a shadier, more appropriate area for reading, rest and meditation, "il Giardino del Sole" (the garden of the sun) sunnier and brighter.

In the historical centre of Pienza close to the most important monuments of the Renaissance town: Piazza Pio II, Palazzo Piccolomini, Palazzo Pubblico, Palazzo Borgia which hosts the Museo Diocesano, the Cathedral and il Chiostro di San Francesco.
