Wide sound-proofed windows create a warm atmosphere. King or Queen size bedrooms are typically painted in Florentine colours with purple light blue and bright yellow which give the apartments their precious names. Each stylish kitchenette is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge and small freezer, stove, cutlery's, microwave (available on request). A small courtyard is provided with laundry room: washing machine and iron are for free use.
Min booking 3 days
For weekly rentals rates include the main utilities: light, water, gas, heating, air conditioning. For long stay rentals (more than one week) utilities are calculated upon use.
Cancellation: within 15 days from arrival no penalty; after this term advance payment is not reimbursed.
Silence between 14:00 and 23.30 and before 9:00
Check in time from 11:00 a.m. to 19:00.
