AMEDEUS #153

On the small piazza of the village is the entrance to Casa Amedeus. A circular stairway leads to a comfortable and spacious lounge with dining room / kitchen area. One wall of this attractive room boasts a full length large traditional Tuscany fireplace. The bedrooms contain one double bed and the other twin beds. The furnishings are designed to provide comfortably for four people, but if necessary can accommodate six.

CLEMENTINE #154

Clementine faces onto the small village piazza, and is is on two levels, as are the other two apartments. The living room contains a large comfortable sofa / single bed.
A short staircase leads up to the lounge room with a traditional fireplace. This area is connected to the dining room with fully equipped kitchen, located at the base of the ancient town walls. The kitchen has many charming features of traditional brick work and a benchtop of travertine marble.

French doors lead from the dining area to a small pathway wich in turn connects to the other two apartments and, through the stairs, to a hilltop garden and swimming pool.
On the other side and away from the kitchen, are the two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with twin beds, each one with bathroom en suite.

MARIA #155

Furnished with antiques, it has a double bedroom with a French four-poster bed (smaller than the double 140 x 190 cm), twin bedroom, a bathroom, living room with a fireplace and a kitchen-dining room with own entrance.

From the windows you can admire one of the most beautiful views of the Tuscan countryside. the apartment has access to a small garden in which guests can dine, al fresco, in the shade of a rose covered pergola. On the hill is the large, panoramic swimming pool reserved for the hamlet's guests. Maria is the most romantic of the Borgo's apartments.

SAN REMO #156

The windows of San Remo overlook the Church courtyard and the surrounding hills with Montalcino in the far distance. The apartment has a unique and large well furnished lounge with an immense traditional fireplace and dining room / kitchen.

By going down three steps we reach the bedrooms, one with double bed and shower room en suite, the other with twin beds has an en suite bathroom with bath.

As in the other apartments the walls are traditionally decorated, and at various points there are some frescoes with small faded decorative motifs painted by renowned designers.

Set apart from the other accommodation, San Severino has a one double bedroom, one bedroom with twin beds, two bathrooms, Fully equipped kitchen, Living room with fireplace, private garden.

Under the skillful guidance of Paolo Alberto Rossi, one of Italy's foremost experts in architectural restoration, the five houses within the hamlet and the independent four bedroom villa, all show how interior space, the building materials that contain it and the landscape outside can be reconciled in a constant interplay of light, color and form; Even the swimming pools blend in with their surroundings.

With finest furnishings, each home offers a beautifully balanced mixture of texture and tone: the pale-beige of local travertine, the warm hues of terracotta, seasoned wood, trompe-l'oeil motifs, unusual hand-painted ceramics, hessian, canvas, pale jacquard textiles and bright printed cottons.

Price Includes: welcome gift, use of domestic appliances, use of resort facilities, swimming pool, bbq & outside tables; weekly change of sheets and towels, initial breakfast supplies, final cleaning, TV, hairdryer, phone in some of the houses upon request, heating, service and taxes.

Behind the village, small spiral stairs and a few steps leading to the top of the hill where, surrounded by a garden of olive trees, lies the swimming pool from which you can enjoy a magnificent 360 degreee panorama of the surrounding countryside, hills and valleys.

- a penalty of 50% of the full rate will be applied for partial or total cancellation between the date of confirmation and 50 days prior to arrival date.
- a penalty of 70% of the full rate will be applied for partial or total cancellation between 49 and 30 days prior to arrival date.
- a penalty of 100% of the full rate will be applied for partial or total cancellation between 29 days prior to arrival and the arrival date.
- In a case of no show a penalty of 100% of the full rate will be applied.
